- EU: EUR-Lex, CJEU (planned)
The Website is a search and indexing tool for publicly available legal information. It is not a legal advice service, and no content on the Website constitutes legal advice.
3. No User Accounts
The Website does not offer visitor registration, user accounts, or any form of user authentication to the general public. You can browse and search the Website without providing any personal information.
An admin panel is available for site administrators only. Admin accounts are created internally and are not available to the public.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data sourced from these external providers. Data is provided as-is from the source and may contain errors introduced by the original data provider. Users are encouraged to verify critical legal information against official sources.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania for any legal proceedings.
Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have the right to submit a complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
